Contact Form
What do we do with the information requested when you send us a message via our contact form ?
We collect your name, your email address, possibly the subject of your message, but also the message you send us.
This information is necessary in order to provide you with the relevant response you expect from us. We keep it for 12 months.
This data is only used to respond to you and is not passed on to any external company or organization.
Your customer account data
What do we do with the information we ask for when you create a customer account and place an order on this site ?
We collect :
- Your name and surname.
- Your email address.
- Your password to access your customer account.
- Your billing and delivery address.
- Your cell phone number.
- Your order history.
This information, related to billing, is necessary. We keep it for 5 years.
These data are used only by our company and are not transmitted to any other company or external organization, with the exception of the carrier you have chosen to deliver your order. Indeed, we must transmit to the carrier your name, address, cell phone number and your e-mail address.

Payment Information
When paying by credit card, your credit card number, the CVV code on the back of your card and the expiration date are transmitted directly to the Stripe platform in charge of carrying out the banking transaction, in an encrypted manner. We do not collect this information and do not have access to it at any time because this data does not pass through the server hosting our website.
You do not have the option of registering your credit card on our site, as we do not wish to store this information which is not yours.

Comments
