The payment of your order can be made by several means of payment, depending on your location.
For an order coming from France, we offer you the following payment methods:

For an order coming from the European Union and some countries outside Europe, we offer you the following payment methods:

In order to secure the transactions carried out on the site “Les Bijoux de l’Hermine” and to fight against credit card fraud, we are likely to ask the Customer, by e-mail, to justify his identity and his residence, this in order to protect him from fraudulent transactions. By the intermediary of these documents, “Les Bijoux de l’Hermine” guarantees a better security, by making sure that the Customer is indeed the owner of the used bank card or the used check.
In the case of orders by cheque or bank transfer, the Customer may also be asked to provide proof of the addresses of the order and the bearer of the cheque, again in order to guarantee maximum transaction security.
“Les Bijoux de l’Hermine” reserves the right to ask the Customer for a bank check or a transfer within the framework of the validation and the treatment of his order, to ensure the quality and the safety of the delivery of his parcel.
Secure payment by bank card
For the payment of your purchases by credit card, we use the secure payment platform STRIPE. A company of Irish origin, created in 2011, Stripe is today a serious and reliable player for financial transactions on the Internet.
When you enter your credit card data on our site, this data is immediately transmitted securely (SSL encryption) to the Stripe platform. No other third party has access to confidential payment information.
Your bank details are not stored on “Les Bijoux de l’Hermine” website: neither your credit card number, nor its expiration date, nor the CVV code. So in case of new orders, you will be asked to enter this information again. Only the company Stripe can keep this data for the purpose of controls and alerts within the framework of their objective to fight against fraud.
VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards are accepted.
Without prejudice to the Customer, a natural person who is a consumer, exercising his right to retract or cancel the order under the conditions set out in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the payment order made by credit card cannot be cancelled. The account attached to the credit card used by the Customer will be debited at the time the order is prepared for dispatch.
The Customer guarantees to “Les Bijoux de l’Hermine” that he is the holder of the bank card used for the payment of the order and that he has sufficient funds to fully cover the payment of his order.
At the end of the transaction, a payment certificate is issued to the Customer. It is up to the Customer to keep this certificate as proof of the transaction entered.
In case of an impossibility to debit the sums due in payment of the order, for any reason whatsoever, the purchase process on the site “Les Bijoux de l’Hermine” will be cancelled.
PayPal Payment
The PayPal electronic wallet, available on the “Les Bijoux de l’Hermine” website, allows you to pay your purchases online. To use this payment method, you must have a PayPal account.
When paying for your purchase, simply select the PayPal payment method. You are then directed to the PayPal website. You must identify yourself with your e-mail address and your password.
Upon confirmation of payment, the amount is debited from your account.
Payment by check
Payment by check is only possible from an account held in a French bank, domiciled in France.
Payment by check is not available for orders over 100€. “Les Bijoux de l’Hermine” also reserves the right to ask for a payment by bank transfer.
The check must be established, to the order of Cécile Ambrogio, in payment of the amount of the order, postage included, and sent to the following address (with proof of identity and/or proof of residence):

The order will be processed only after receipt of payment. If the latter has not arrived within 10 days from the date of the order, the order will be cancelled.
Important: the order will be shipped to the address indicated on the check and only to that address.
Payment by bank transfer
If your order is not urgent, we recommend this method of payment.
Indeed, this method of payment is safe (no financial intermediary other than your bank and ours) and reliable. If you do not care about the time required for the transfer (often 24 to 48 hours), this method of payment should be preferred.The Customer opts for this method of payment on the payment form during the validation of the order. The banking information to proceed with the transfer is communicated on the payment form at the time of the registration of the order and is recalled in the email confirming the order.
The order will be processed only after receipt of the bank transfer. If the transfer has not been received within ten days from receipt of the order confirmation, the order will be cancelled.
